Saginaw Deck Building collects the minimum needed to call you back about a deck. Here is what that means in plain terms.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email (if given), zip code, and project details you type in.
• Calls. Our phone number is provided through a call-tracking service. Calls may be recorded and the caller ID logged so we can return calls and improve how we handle them. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call.
• Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This site may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. It stores nothing that identifies you, we do not run advertising trackers, and nothing about your visit is sold.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare an estimate, and follow up on that estimate. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Your details are shared with the independent contractor who performs the work so they can contact you and do the job.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and call records are kept for as long as needed to complete or follow up on your project, and then for reasonable business record-keeping. Ask and we will delete what we hold about you.
